IGCSE
IGCSE is one of the world’s most popular international qualifications for students between 14 to 16 years old for a duration of two years. Some schools also offer a one-year to 18month fast track programme. This international qualification is believed to give students more options in terms of subjects to choose from, more ways to learn and succeed than any other international qualification.
IGCSE offers students a flexible curriculum with a generous pool of subjects to choose from in any combination. It is also a gateway to higher education or professional studies domestically and internationally. Students would usually be required to have at least 5 GCSEs at grade A*-C including Maths and English to qualify for onward studies.
Schools globally have been involved in the development of IGCSE. Although the syllabuses of IGCSE have an international outlook, the qualification is still able to retain a domestic relevance.
This qualification also helps in improving students’ performance by developing their essential skills such as creative thinking, intellectual enquiries, working and communicating in English and problem solving skills.
Tuition fees range from £17,000 to £30,000
